Tirana International Hotel, also known as The Fifteen-floors, is a prominent hotel situated at the intersection of Skanderbeg Square and Zogu I Boulevard in Tirana, Albania. Originally constructed in 1979, the hotel reflects a Soviet-era architectural style and was initially named Hotel Tirana. It has undergone significant renovations, particularly in 2001 when an Italian firm transformed it into a modern 4-star establishment featuring 168 rooms spread over 15 floors .

Designed by Albanian architect Valentina Pistoli, the hotel was built during a time of communist governance and was one of the tallest structures in Albania at the time. It served as an exclusive venue, primarily for foreign business representatives and government officials, while also welcoming Albanian citizens. The hotel gained a reputation as a central meeting point for Politburo members during the 1980s, offering discreet accommodations designed for their safety .

Vakefi contributed to the hotel’s renovation by providing Cool Lite SKN 154 tempered double glazing (8mm) alongside laminated glass (6:6:1). These advanced materials enhance the hotel's aesthetic appeal while ensuring energy efficiency and safety, contributing to the overall modernization of this historic building .
