QTU - Univers Shopping Center

QTU (Univers Shopping Center) is Albania's first modern shopping center, developed by the renowned Balfin Group and inaugurated in 2005. This mall quickly became a favorite shopping and entertainment destination, welcoming around 7.1 million visitors annually. Its strategic renovation in 2018 introduced a fresh and contemporary design after a 12-month, €15 million restoration project. The expansion not only modernized the shopping spaces but also brought new brands and services, catering to the evolving needs of Albanian consumers.

With a gross building area of 47,000 m² and a leasable area of 27,150 m², QTU has significantly influenced Albania’s retail landscape, introducing popular international brands and modern retail concepts that were previously unfamiliar in the country. The center offers a comprehensive shopping experience with a mix of fashion, dining, entertainment, and essential services, continuing to play a crucial role in shaping consumer behavior in Albania.
